Here is a FUN and easy card
I used Jaded Blossom the Rectangle Dies 1 for the bottom layer and the

 Make Waves  for the sweet fish and the sentiment.

Challenge Guidelines:
1) Project must be new for this challenge, no back linking
2) Project must have a Jaded Blossom stamp somewhere on it.
