I used Jaded Blossom the new GNOME DIES with the new GNOME DIES: VALENTIME ADD ONS for the ADORABLE Gnome, the XOXO stamp for the sentiment, the

 MUSHROOM DIES for the mushroom's, the RECTANGLE DIES 2 for the layer and the 

CLOUD STENCIL for the background.
