I used C.C. Designs the new Gnome Friends Clear Stamp Set for the two gnomes and sentiment, the Film Strip Die for the clouds and little grass and from Jaded Blossom

I used CLOUD STENCIL for the background.

I used Jaded Blossom the new CIRCLE WORDS for the sentiment, the new

 BALLOON NUMBERS with the BALLOON NUMBERS OUTLINE DIES for the numbers, the 

GNOME-ALICIOUS BIRTHDAY for the gnome, the STITCHED SQUARE DIES for the

 layer and the SPRING DIES for the grass.
