I used Jaded Blossom the new Love & Kindness for the great sentiment, the Border Dies

for the stitching on my panels, the Bow Dies for the bow, the Birthday Dies for the

 confetti and from SVG Cutting Files I used Megaphone Bird for the cute bird and

 the Ornate Card Base -2 for my card base.
