I used Stamp AnnieThing! the new Audrina for the girl and part of the sentiment with

 Jaded Blossom set Sweet Birthday Wishes for the Happy Birthday, the Winter Dies for the snowflakes and the Card Mat Dies for the base. The background paper is from
