I used Stamp AnnieThing! the new Andrew-Take Care for the Dr and sentiment, the

enamel dots for the dots, the Star Card Mat Die for the frame and from Jaded BlossomI used the Medical Dies for the heartbeat and the paper is Lawn Fawn.
