I used C.C. Designs the new Mice Winter for the sentiment and ADORABLE Mice and from 

Jaded Blossom I used Winter Dies for the bigger snowflakes, the Rounded Tag Die for the base of my tags and the Build a Booth Die: Winter Add Ons for the little snowflakes.
