I used Jaded Blossom the new BEAUTIFUL RIDE OUTLINE DIES with the 

BEAUTIFUL RIDE for the sentiment, the new BICYCLE AND FRIENDS DIE for the cute puppy, the CAR DIES: CRUISER for the car, the RECTANGLE DIES 1 for the layer and the 

 GNOME DIES: SWEETHEARTS ADD ONS for the hat, balloon and hearts.
