Another spring theme card for you today!!!
Here is a card using the cute file from SVG Cutting Files - Let it Rain, I added the Peachy keen face from PK-1200 The Moodies Face Assortment, the sentiment is from Emma's My Creative Time 
I'm Here For You Rain Or Shine Stamp Set and added to the Stitched Square Speech Bubbles!!!
