I made this card also for my niece Monica's Birthday that is this coming weekend,
she is going to be 13th this year :)
Her favorite color is green and she loves frogs
I hope she likes it.I will be making her cake too,I will post it next week!!!
I got the great idea for the balloons from Katie at Crafting with Katie, she used the new Ornament die and made them into balloons
